How much are your cakes?
Because all of our cakes are priced individually by the complexity of their design, we do not have a standard price list.
How far in advance do we need to place our order?
We recommend placing your order at least four weeks ahead of time for wedding cakes and at least one week in advance for other cakes in order to ensure your exact preferences can be met, however, we have been able to create cakes in as little as one day.
How do I order a cake?
To start the order process, please send us an email through our contact page with the following information:
- date of your event
- occasion/nature of your event (wedding, bat mitzvah, etc)
- event location and delivery time
- how many people you will need to feed
- daytime phone number
- email address
- idea of what kind of cake design you are looking for

Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, appointments are recommended. At this time, you will have the opportunity to view our portfolios and sample a selection of cakes. It is very helpful to come prepared with details of your event such as color scheme, florals, linens, decor, design elements of the wedding gown and bridesmaid’s dresses. What is the overall feeling you are hoping to convey? Is it over the top glamour and elegance, casual and fun, modern minimalism, ethnic, brilliant color, shades of white and ivory, seasonal? Every detail helps us to design a cake that will fit seamlessly into your overall vision.
Can we customize cakes we see on your website or in your store?
Yes, we will work with you to provide the exact cake you desire.
What is your payment policy?
A 50% refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least two weeks prior to your event.
Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and 50% refundable deposit.
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa, AmEx, or Mastercard). Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full by credit card at the time of ordering. There is no refund on orders canceled within 5 business days of the event date.
There will be a rental fee and a refundable deposit on any equipment used for the set-up of the cake. The client is responsible for returning these items to Marie’s Gourmet Bakery within one week following the wedding. At that time, the deposit check is returned. If damage occurs to any items, the amount will be deducted from the deposit. If equipment is not returned within the following week, a late fee of 5.00 per day will be charged. If the equipment is not returned within 2 weeks the deposit check will not be refunded.
Do you Deliver?
Yes, we deliver in and around the Las Vegas area. Fee depends on location.
Do you ship your cakes?
Sorry, we do not ship our cakes at this time.
