Chicken Salad Croissant
Farm raised chicken breast blended with homemade seasonings and mayo. Served on a freshly baked croissant with crisp green leaf.
Turkey on Ciabatta
Farm raised breast of turkey with maple bacon, avocado, baby spinach and sliced tomato. Served on herbed ciabatta with artichoke and spinach pesto.
Roast Beef & Cheddar
Fresh Sliced Angus Roast Beef with sharp cheddar, sliced tomato, balsamic red onion, crisp green leaf and shaved Asiago cheese. Served on fire roasted sun-dried tomato Focaccia with roasted red pepper spread.
Ham & Cheese
Sliced Black Forest Maple Ham with Swiss cheese, green leaf and tomato. Served on a sun-dried tomato Focaccia roll with Jack Daniels mustard and mayo
Vegetable Wrap
- Grilled portabella mushrooms, red & yellow peppers and red onions. Wrapped in a sun-dried tomato and cream cheese tortilla, with avocado, bean spouts, green leaf, provolone and Feta cheese.
Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat
Solid white albacore tuna blended with fresh vegetables, seasonings and mayo. Served on a freshly baked croissant with crisp green leaf lettuce.

Bitter greens with mandarin oranges, green onions, crispy fried wontons, and roasted cashews. Served with ginger soy vinaigrette.

Fresh hulled sweet strawberries folded with Grand Marnier, Italian Mascarpone Cheese, yogurt and fresh mint.
Broccoli Floret
Tender broccoli florets with golden raisins, cured maple bacon, red onions and roasted cashews. Dressed with a chipotle mayonnaise
Asian Salad with Grilled Tofu

Spinach Leaves with Balsamic Citrus
Baby spinach leaves, chives, Macona Almonds, balsamic oranges and strawberries with feta cheese. All tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette.

A Blend of Soft and Bitter Greens With Candied Walnuts, Shaved Fennel Asparagus tips, Boiled Eggs and Avocado. All Tossed with a Citrus Herbed Vinaigrette.
Anti-Pasta Salad

Caribbean Jerk Chicken with Bow Tie
Caribbean Style Chicken Breast With fresh Asparagus Tips, Mushrooms, Toasted Pine Nuts and Fresh Herbs. Tossed with A Creamy Parmesan Cheese Sauce and Bow Tie Pasta. Served Chilled.
